How does a wire transfer work?

A wire transfer is an electronic payment used to transfer funds between bank accounts. Wire transfers are free with Chase Sapphire Checking^SM and Chase Private Client accounts and eligible with Chase Premier Plus Checking^SM and Chase Total Checking^SM accounts for an additional fee.

You can make a cash deposit at a branch in 3 easy steps:

Fill out a deposit slip with account number
Place cash and deposit slip into money envelope
Provide filled envelope to a teller at the branch

How can I deposit cash at a Chase ATM?

You can make cash deposits at more than 15,000 Chase ATMs by following these three steps:

Insert your Chase debit card and enter your PIN
Choose “Deposit” and “Cash” for the deposit type and then insert the cash into the machine
Review your deposit and press the “Deposit” button

How can I deposit checks with the Chase Mobile^® app?

Once you’re signed in to the Chase Mobile^® app, you can deposit a check by following these steps:

Select the “Pay & transfer” icon at the bottom of the screen
Select the “Deposit checks” icon and the account you’re depositing into
Enter the amount on the check you’re depositing
Follow the instruction to take photos of the front and back of the check (making sure you've endorsed the check)
Select "Deposit" and then "Yes" to confirm
