Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers, and two guests, who have a departing ticket from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) can access the Sapphire Terrace within three hours of their departing flight. No day passes are available to access the Sapphire Terrace.

How can I access the Sapphire Terrace at AUS?

Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers can visit the Sapphire Terrace, located in the mezzanine level in Barbara Jordan Terminal, within three hours of their departing flight. No, you can show your Sapphire Reserve or J.P. Morgan Reserve credit card, government issued ID and eligible boarding pass to enter the Sapphire Terrace no matter how you choose to book your trip.

Access is complimentary for Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers and their guests with an eligible boarding pass.

Who can I bring into the Sapphire Terrace with me?

Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers with an eligible boarding pass may bring a maximum of two guests. Children under the age of two are welcome in addition to their two guests. The Sapphire Terrace will follow animal guidelines set forth by guests’ airline carrier. Service animals are welcome into the terrace. All access is complimentary to the Sapphire Terrace, no day passes are available.

If I’m a Sapphire Preferred cardmember, do I have access to the Sapphire Terrace?
