Chase Sapphire Reserve primary cardmembers and authorized users have access to the Chase Sapphire Reserve Lounge Network which includes all Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club locations, over 1,300 Priority Pass airport lounges and select Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges and Air Canada Cafés. 

J.P. Morgan Reserve and The Ritz-Carlton^TM Credit Card primary cardmembers and authorized users and Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business primary cardmembers have access to all Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club locations and over 1,300 Priority Pass airport lounges.

If you don’t have one of these Chase-issued credit cards but you have a Priority Pass membership, you receive one complimentary visit to a Sapphire Lounge by The Club per calendar year. (At the Sapphire Lounge at Hong Kong International Airport, Priority Pass members have unlimited access.) To enter a Sapphire Lounge, show your Priority Pass membership card and valid boarding pass within three hours of your departing flight.

The Sapphire Lounge at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in Terminal 4 may require a reservation to be made prior to your visit in the Chase Mobile^® (More > Airport lounges and navigate to the PHX Sapphire Lounge). There is no charge for making a reservation and bookings are only available for eligible Chase cardmembers – Sapphire Reserve, Sapphire Reserve for Business, J.P. Morgan Reserve and The Ritz-Carlton Credit Card primary cardmembers through the Chase Mobile^® app. Sapphire Reserve, J.P. Morgan Reserve and The Ritz-Carlton Credit Card primary cardmembers may book on behalf of eligible authorized users in the Chase Mobile^® app. Sapphire Reserve for Business reservations are available for primary cardmembers only.

Eligible Chase cardmembers must book their reservation between 14 days and 24 hours prior to your visit. Your booking time can be within three hours of your scheduled flight departure time in line with current lounge access policy. Bookings more than three hours of scheduled flight departure will not be honored. One reservation is allowed per day per cardmember.

Cardmembers must include themselves and all guests in their reservation and can book up to two free guests and additional guests for the regular lounge fee of $27. Children under two are not included in your party size.

Once you book, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

When you arrive at the lounge, check in with the host and show your eligible departing boarding pass, activated Priority Pass^TM Select membership, eligible Chase credit card and reservation confirmation. If you are running late, your reservation will be held for 20 minutes after your scheduled reservation, after which time the lounge reserves the right to cancel your reservation. Limited seating may be available for walk-ins.

Authorized service animals, pets and emotional support animals are permitted in the lounges. Lounge staff may prohibit animals in certain areas of any lounge. Authorized service animals are permitted in buffet lines, but all other animals must be kept in appropriate pet carriers at all times while in a lounge. Animals are not permitted on the furniture in the lounges. Animals must not engage in disruptive behavior, such as roaming freely, barking or biting. Guests are responsible for all damage and disruption caused by their animals.

The Reserve Suites by Chase are located in the Sapphire Lounge by The Club at LGA and can be reserved for a fee by Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve primary cardmembers and authorized users, and Sapphire Reserve for Business primary cardmembers, at least 72 hours prior to your flight departure.
